Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RR INFRA AND DESIGNS website ("Site") or engaging any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, contractors, and any other persons who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting to this page.

Our Services

RR INFRA AND DESIGNS provides a range of professional services including, but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial construction
• Interior design and space planning
• Modular kitchen design and installation
• Architectural consultation and planning
• Real estate development and property consultation
• Renovation and remodelling services
• Project management and supervision
• Villa and apartment construction

The scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate written agreement, quotation, or contract specific to your engagement.

Consultations & Quotations

Initial consultations may be provided at no charge, subject to our discretion. Project quotations and estimates are prepared based on the information provided by you at the time of consultation and are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

Quotations are based on current material costs, labour rates, and market conditions. We reserve the right to revise estimates if:

• There is a significant change in material prices or availability
• The project scope is altered by the client
• Unforeseen site conditions are discovered during work (e.g., structural issues, soil conditions)
• Changes in government regulations, building codes, or permit requirements occur
• Additional work is requested beyond the original scope

Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

Project Agreements & Contracts

All confirmed projects will be governed by a formal project agreement or contract that outlines:

• Detailed scope of work and deliverables
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment schedule and terms
• Material specifications and quality standards
• Warranty and guarantee terms
• Force majeure and delay provisions
• Change order procedures
• Dispute resolution mechanisms

The project agreement takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict regarding the specific project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in your individual project agreement. General payment guidelines include:

• Advance Payment: A booking advance (typically 10-30% of the project value) is required to commence work
• Milestone Payments: Payments are linked to project milestones as agreed in the project contract
• Material Procurement: Payments for materials may be required in advance of procurement
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion and handover of the project

All payments shall be made via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other approved methods. A GST at the applicable rate will be charged on all invoices as per Indian tax regulations. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts.

Project Timelines & Delays

We endeavour to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions, natural calamities, or acts of God
• Material supply chain disruptions or shortages
• Client-initiated changes or delays in approvals
• Government or regulatory delays in approvals and permits
• Labour shortages or industrial disputes
• Discovery of unforeseen site conditions

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work towards minimising their impact on the overall project timeline. RR INFRA AND DESIGNS shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Warranty & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period as specified in your project agreement (typically 1-5 years depending on the nature of work)
• Material Warranty: Materials used are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we will assist you in claiming
• Structural Guarantee: Structural work carries a guarantee as per industry standards and applicable regulations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, natural wear and tear, or force majeure events. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.

Intellectual Property

All designs, architectural plans, 3D renderings, drawings, and creative concepts produced by RR INFRA AND DESIGNS are our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment:

• You receive a licence to use the designs for the specific project agreed upon
• Designs may not be replicated, distributed, or used for other projects without our written consent
• We retain the right to use project photographs and descriptions in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website (unless you specifically request otherwise in writing)

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the project site and requirements
• Obtain necessary permissions, approvals, and no-objection certificates (NOCs) from relevant authorities and co-owners or housing societies
• Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the project site for our team and contractors
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Review and approve designs, materials, and work within the agreed timeframes
• Inform us promptly of any issues, concerns, or changes in requirements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the property

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Work Commencement: If you cancel before work begins, the booking advance may be refundable (subject to deduction of administrative costs and design work already completed).

After Work Commencement: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be liable for:

• Payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation
• Cost of materials already procured or ordered for your project
• Any contractual obligations to subcontractors incurred on your behalf
• A cancellation fee as specified in your project agreement

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and processed within 30 business days of approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• RR INFRA AND DESIGNS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for damages resulting from client-supplied materials, third-party products, or client modifications to completed work
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects unless specifically identified in the project scope

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to mediation
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Website Usage

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any website content without prior written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Post misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content through contact forms or reviews

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for users who violate these terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RR INFRA AND DESIGNS, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
